Ariel founded AGB Services to focus his many years in facilities maintenance on delivering environmentally responsible building practices to property managers, owners and tenants. With over 25 years of experience in the building facilities industry, Ariel leads AGB Services in its mission to be a leader in the green facilities industry by delivering innovative solutions and best in class techniques, training, support, technologies and products to clients.

In shaping the business of AGB Services, Ariel is focused on developing a supply chain of start to finish real estate facilities and business services. Ariel expects clients to benefit from strong ROI on green investment, reduced costs, and additional brand reputation. Social Responsibility Programs add value by implementing green, but also from engaging a minority owned company that excels in delivering maintenance and facilities services that are green, sustainable, and contribute to client profitability.

Ariel and his management team won clients such as Glenborough REIT, BGK, Jones Lang LaSalle and Cushman & Wakefield. Within 3 years the business was generating $4.3 million in top line revenue and serviced 4.7 million square feet of commercial office, industrial, hospital, university, and retail space.

Ariel then founded American Green Building Services, Inc. in 2010 to lead the industry in developing a full range of innovative green facilities services and energy management programs that align clients’ financial goals with regulatory requirements, social & corporate responsibility programs, and milestones. Today, AGB Services is considered one of the greenest companies in the maintenance and facilities services industry, Ariel emphasizes education and certification programs for all AGB Services staff and has been personally certified as a Green Clean Technician, Green Clean Manager, and Green Clean Executive by the Green Clean Institute.

Marcos brings over 20 years of experience to AGB Services, including tenures as Senior Operations Manager with All Time Services, a Press Operator Supervisor with Janitech, and a Flooring Installation Specialist with PAC Flooring. His professional values are ones that AGB Services shares: teamwork, customer service, preparation, and the ability to make decisions under pressure while keeping a close eye on detail and budget performance.

During his eight-year tenure as Senior Operations Manager, Marcos managed over 300 associates across New England. He was responsible for all staffing and hiring, payroll, diversity program implementation, and human resource support for over 10 million square feet of managed property. In addition to senior project and portfolio management roles, Marcos contributed to the developing the company’s strategic partnerships with other aligned companies, and was responsible for certain aspects of day-to-day operations.

Marcos is certified as a Green Clean Technician and Green Clean Manager by the Green Clean Institute.

William has more than 40 years of expertise in the field of engineering, managing, and leading operational maintenance in large office complexes.

William began his career in 1970 performing installations and repairs of industrial air conditioning systems for Honeywell Information Systems at their facilities throughout Massachusetts. His outstanding performance led to him becoming the chief engineer at Meredith & Grew, Inc., and managing over 1 million square feet in high-rise plant.

William also managed buildings like the Shawmut tower in Worcester, MA and several other properties in Waltham, Burlington, and the Boston metro area.

Along with maintaining facilities systems, William has helped design HVAC, hot water, and precise environmental control systems for laboratories and data centers at large facilities. His expertise and experience in HVAC plant engineering and building management adds value, leadership, and quality to AGB Services.

Juan brings over 20 years of sales and operations experience to his role as Operations Manager and Sales. As a LEED Green Associate, Juan works with clients to customize environmentally responsible commercial cleaning plans for clients. Juan was previously a Sales Manager for Sears Roebuck and Pep Boys Corporations, two of the largest US retail chains, and Account Lead/Account Coordinator for Xerox Corporations.

Juan has received numerous awards for his abilities not only to sell, but service clients and build long lasting relationships. Juan has earned the following certifications as well: Management Awareness Program, Customer First Program, Lean Six Sigma – Yellow Belt, and Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt. Juan is certified by the Green Clean Institute as a Green Clean Technician and Green Clean Manager.
